These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solvsense website and the AI voice receptionist services we provide. By accessing our website, subscribing to a plan, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Solvsense provides intelligent AI-powered voice receptionist and automation solutions for clinics and professional services. Our services include the configuration, deployment, and hosting of AI voice agents, appointment booking synchronization, and data capture. The specific features and minute limits of your service are determined by your selected subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business or clinic to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current business information (hours, services, pricing) during onboarding.

Use our services in compliance with all applicable local and international laws, including telecommunications and privacy regulations.

Ensure your callers are informed of call recording where required by local law (Solvsense provides automated disclosure tools for this purpose).

Maintain the security of any API keys or login credentials used to connect Solvsense to your internal systems (CRMs, Calendars).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Solvsense to:

Conduct illegal telemarketing or send unsolicited automated messages.

Impersonate other individuals or businesses for fraudulent purposes.

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the security of the Solvsense voice infrastructure.

Deploy the AI agent for purposes that violate ethical standards or promote harm.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription: Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Capacity: Each plan includes a specific limit of "Included Minutes." Minutes do not roll over to the next month.

Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a custom Enterprise agreement.

Arrears: Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in the suspension of your AI phone lines.

6. Term and Termination

Subscriptions are month-to-month and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Solvsense reserves the right to terminate service immediately for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse that creates legal risk.

7. Intellectual Property

Solvsense retains all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary AI prompts, voice configurations, software, and workflows. You retain ownership of your business data and call recordings. You grant Solvsense a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service for your account.

8. Disclaimers ("As-Is" Service)

While Līga and our AI agents are designed for high accuracy, Solvsense provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI will be 100% error-free in transcription or scheduling. You are responsible for the final oversight of appointments and patient interactions handled by the system.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvsense's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Solvsense is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business revenue or clinical data errors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solvsense harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with local call-recording and privacy laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or a dashboard notice. Continued use of Solvsense after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
